Connecting micro ATS to power?

Supply voltage 5 volts, current strength 2.25 amperes. Will a 200 ohm resistor be sufficient? Atmega 328P U microcontroller. Here is its pinout (is it correct at all?) 5afc07fb2b1a3293488345.png
Will it be enough to supply power only to GND and VCC, or do other similar pins also need to be powered?

The resistor is not needed. Or are you from the sect of those who see 2A on the voltage source and think that the source always pours them into consumers?
Between VCC and GND, between AVCC and GND ceramic capacitors. Don't forget to take your legs out for programming and do a RESET with the button. (look for typical schemes)
For pinouts, see datasheets at the office. websites: www1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/ATmega328...

AVCC also needs to be powered. This is analog power for the ADC, but some of the PC legs are still powered from it.
