How many Qiwi wallets can one person have? Is it possible to use several wallets and drive money back and forth to bypass the limits? Is there any official kiwi answer to this question?
They didn’t ban me on Google, but I didn’t find official answers.

I won’t say for an official answer, but in practice, many people calmly keep several anonymous wallets in order to bypass the limit of 15,000 rubles.
There is also a popular solution - to open a wallet for a Ukrainian number (+380), and also drive through them, and not be limited to Russian ones. Many exchangers work this way.

In VK, in technical support, they told me that up to 5 wallets can be issued for one passport data. But that was a year ago.
