How many phones are left with pulse dialing?
What do you think, how many devices with pulse dialing are left from the total number of stationary telephones.
Let's say from the subscriber base 3,200,000 subscribers (city telephone) of a fixed network.
Are there methods for counting such devices or considerations on how to make such an estimate?

No. A huge number of devices are capable of both pulsed and dialtone, so this is far from always possible to determine from the side of the station.
You can send out a flyer to subscribers that they have the opportunity to switch the phone to dialtone mode and see how many have switched. But many may ignore.
View telephone exchange logs. In my opinion there are very few of them.
Definitely this is for telephone operators, I think even they have statistics on this matter.
As part of the methods of determination, these are approximately the same as the methods for determining opinions in a social survey:
Several thousand are polled, and the result is distributed to millions (unless, of course, without juggling).
