How many people and money does it take to develop a program based on a neural network?
Hello. I am writing a dissertation on a method for detecting insults to the feelings of believers. In my work, I want to propose the development of a program that, based on a neural network, with proper training, will replace experts in religious studies and identify / not detect insults to the feelings of believers in incoming information, answering the following questions:
• Does the text contain information that degrades religious feelings believers?
• Is a group of citizens distinguished by religion the subject of speech in the statement “…”? If not, what is the subject of speech in this statement?
• Does the following statement “…” use evaluative vocabulary and phraseology? What language is used to express it?
• Do the words (expressions) “…” refer to abusive/obscene vocabulary, abusive/obscene phraseology, jargon?
This program should be publicly available and free of charge so that each person can, before publishing controversial material, check whether this is an insult to the feelings of believers and thus protect themselves.
Naturally, all this will most likely remain on paper. But I need to prescribe the technical and economic component.
The questions are as follows:
1) How many programmers and what areas will be required at the initial stage of application development within the subject / country / world?
2) How many people will be needed to support the operation of the program?
3) How much will it cost (approximately) to develop and maintain a program at the subject/country/world level?
4) Is it possible, in your opinion, provided that the program is ideally trained, to recognize the decisions of such a program as equal to the conclusion of religious experts?
Sorry if I'm confusing some terms, I'm not an expert in this field :)
Thanks for the answers.
