How do you manage your projects?
Any project, whether it is the development of a new site, the completion of a module, 1c configuration, or even its complete writing, acquires a bunch of logins / passwords from sites, databases, admin panels of routers, mailboxes, servers, etc. in the course of work. Also, a mountain of halyards sticks to the side. Plus correspondence with the client and TK.
It would be interesting to know who structures and stores all this economy? After all, logins and passwords should be encrypted, files should be stored somewhere, and with correspondence, you should be able to quickly find some information. Yes, so that all this would be on Windows and penguins.

Code in the git, configs in the local folder, infrastructure in the docker, passwords in the password manager, Skype correspondence, files in the mail, tasks in the task manager.
Correspondence - in gmail with the project tag (or project iteration tag if the project is long)
Based on the correspondence, I create tasks in the tracker (for projects without a large team, it seems to me ideal basecamp)
Files, etc. - in the project / tasks in the same tracker.
Passwords/details - in the text document of the project.
I store passwords, TK and other data in OneNote. Database configurations in OneDrive. Correspondence in GMail with labels for each project.
For some reason, everyone forgot about public docks.
Most interestingly, everywhere there are some ambushes. Sometimes with images, sometimes with texts. In my collective farm, it is important that without special knowledge in the code people can upload an article or correct it. Nothing works for us. We update, etc.
Public docks are minus 50% of the load in technical support.
Passwords in keepassX,
Correspondence in mail,
Files in the file system,
The rest in tables in LibreOffice Calc (similar to Excel).
In folders on two hard drives for my projects))))) and bitbucket for client
As far as I know, now many Evernote accounts are used for such purposes ...)
