How many HDDs do you need to stream with a 3Gbps link?

Tell me how to understand how many HDDs are needed for streaming with a 3Gbps channel? So, to load the channel to the maximum :) Considering the low speed of the HDD and the high channel. Video will be streamed at 200-500MB.
