Quite a working solution , I use a similar one. But if you have a weak output signal from HDMI, then after 30 meters you will not get anything, as well as after 25! Moreover, there is a high probability that in order to transmit a high-quality signal over a distance of more than 20m, you will not have enough ordinary twisted pair 5e, so you should look towards Cat.6

KO suggests, the answer can be found in the official documentation.

The signal booster is quite real. I can’t say anything for sure about the quality, because. never used.

there is also a test for 30 meters
, what kind of quality can we talk about when there is a digital signal on hdmay, and not an analog one, that is, either there is a signal or not.

I solved this issue myself and here is the solution http://www.aavara.com/en/products/hdmi.php?id=25
It transmits exactly 45 meters, but the solution is not cheap
