How long will the maximum script execution time be on the hosting?
How long will the maximum script execution time be on the hosting? There is a script in the admin panel that updates product data, removes missing products and adds those that the supplier has (from the xml file), but I don’t. It takes about 5 minutes to execute this script (on a local server), on a free hosting it does not even wait for the execution to finish and throws an error, although there is an ini_set indicating a longer script execution time. Will the same garbage be on paid hosting? (I understand that it depends on the hoster). Or will it be possible to somehow agree in technical support? Or there is an option to split scripts with product editing into tables (average execution time is 2 minutes).

Buy yourself vds and set the limits you need. Or take a test from a hoster for a day, but believe me, there are hundreds of hosters, everyone has different settings.
The question was not asked correctly, you need to ask not "How long will the maximum script execution time be on the hosting?", But how to change the maximum script execution time.
To do this, ask a question in the technical support of the hosting: is it possible to set the maximum script execution time in php.ini
