How long will a flooded laptop last?
I caught the eye of a powerful laptop at a very attractive price, but it was in the water and only after ~ 10 days it was restored. Now it works, and in my opinion it's not even bad. I'm wondering how long he can work, namely what factors influence and how to use (precautions).
Thank you!

No service center gives a guarantee for the repair of drowned people, because even after a thorough diagnosis and replacement of damaged components, there is no certainty that something else is not damaged and will not manifest itself in the future. Therefore, yes, this is an absolute pig in a poke - it can die in an hour, or it can work until obsolescence. It's the same with chip warming up.
Well, most likely, the oxidation of the contacts began there, perhaps it will all manifest itself later. I wouldn't risk it.
It all depends on who and how restored. So it's like a pig in a poke anyway.
