How long does it take to upload a site from a local network to a hosting?

Guys, don't throw slippers at me. I’m completely 0 in this. I’m a marketer in a company with programmers who have been making a coupon site for 5 months now. The most common coupon site.
the question is in general, in a hat .... I don’t even know how to give a detailed question. how much the site itself weighs, I don't know. internet is fast. site like https://chocolife.me

Follow this link https://2ip.ru/time-calc/, there is a form in which you need to specify the outgoing and incoming speeds. They can be found by clicking on the link тестin the text above the form. Returning back to the time-calc page, the speeds will be filled in and all that remains is to specify the file size. You can get it from your system administrator or yourself at this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8SQ1hiMe7s .

Depends on what site and what hosting. But - in any case, if possible, it is better to pack it into an archive, transfer the archive to the hosting and unpack it on the hosting. As a rule, you can always find a way, even if the shared hosting nominally does not allow you to work with archives.
It's just that if you transfer file-by-file via FTP, it can be several hours or even several days, depending not so much on the speed of the Internet, but on the number of files transferred.

Well, let's say 30 minutes, but sometimes in 1 minute you can if the site is simple

It all depends on the complexity of the site. Sometimes you do it in 5 minutes, and sometimes you kill time for more than an hour. One piece of advice, pack it into an archive, and unpack it already on the hosting. That way it'll be faster anyway.
