How long does it take to complete such a program? Provided that I am ready to sit and study for 7-10 hours a day and every day, besides, I have an excellent memory, a good mindset and I grasp everything on the fly.

Learn HTML, CSS.
Learn a couple of programming languages - Python, JavaScript, C++, JQuery, SQL.
To study the devices of networks and to study cryptography.

it all depends on individual qualities, already existing background and the concept of "study". the jQuery
programming language separately delivers.

It all depends on the practice. Without practical tasks - never.
With practice, you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly. 2-3 years basic knowledge.
Only it is not clear to me how the study of Linux (do you administer or what?) And programming are combined. These are two different concepts in general ... usually a person chooses one thing.
I personally chose administration, as a result of wines, Linux, Mac OS, I know as an admin. More tench right now already ...
And python / bash - only in small doses, to automate routine tasks.
