How long does it take to answer a question from Yandex technical support?

I accidentally found out that my site on narod.ru was “temporarily” blocked. No letters from Yandex, nothing. When you try to apply - 403 page with a recommendation to contact the STP. As you know, STP Yandex does not have telephones, you can only write a letter there. Wrote. And now the second day there is no answer, no greetings. Other companies send at least an automatic response with a ticket number.

Did my letter even get into the STP? Yes, and for what reason can they "temporarily" block a site whose content has not changed for five years, and the site itself has existed for ten years?

I applied to the STP 1 time - I wrote on the 17th at 15:23, they answered on the 19th at 16.27
