How long does it take for pages to load on localhost WordPress Windows 10?

A less powerful laptop has Windows 8 and Mamp works fine, but I took a computer with Windows 10 and it’s impossible to work with WordPress on it. This applies not only to mamp but also to Localwp. Pages are loaded in 10-15 seconds, and if with gulp, then even more. Added exceptions to Windows defender but nothing has changed. What is wrong with Windows 10 and how to set it up? Help.

I can't say anything about MAMP, but I had a similar problem with open server - I went through all possible settings dozens of times, but it still sometimes freezes for a few seconds when reloading pages .
I switched to laragon and the problem disappeared. In addition, it is more convenient and has many useful features - installing wordpress in one click, HTTPS and Xdebug in a couple of minutes and everything works right away without dancing with a tambourine
