Why doesn't the local site open on opem server 5.3.5?

Greetings. Today I downloaded the latest version of open server (5.3.5). Deleted the old one, installed the new one. But local sites stopped opening. The error looks like this:

This site cannot provide a secure connection. Site site.new does not meet security standards.
ERR_SSL_SERVER_CERT_BAD_FORMAT

How to fix? All settings are by default, it seems that I didn’t do anything like that.

http s and SSL certificate is used?
if not, then turn it off in the openserver settings
