Building a local site on rasbianOS?

Good day.
Prompt a direction where to dig.
I have a raspberry pi with Rasbian OS. configured ngix and php server.
While it's all connected via lan to the computer.
the pages of the site work on a dedicated IP .
Rasbian will be configured as an access point with an open password.
Now the question itself is:
Is it possible to do (if so, how) so that when any device is connected to this network, the local address works. for example mysite.ru, respectively, only for users of this network.
and that requests to other sites be redirected to this domain/page or simply blocked.
