How long can you work for Banana PI?

Hello dear toasters!
PS At the moment, Banana PI is my first project that I will assemble from something (not counting the dismantled Dendy 8 years ago) I am thinking
about buying Banana PI and the following questions arise:
1) How long will it be possible to work for Banana PI without cooling it? That is, with a clean Banana PI connected to the screen and via a USB Charger
2) What is better Raspberry PI B or Banana PI (From your point of view)
3) Will it be possible to connect this to Banana PI:
www.dx.com/ru/ p/2-8-lcd-touch-shield-module-for-ar
... he has a GPIO connector and the screen in the picture too. Can you recommend a screen version? (Anyone that is no larger than a size 7 tablet)
4) Can I connect the monitor from a normal computer? All cords are there.
Thank you for your attention. Of course I know that my questions look stupid and funny for some professionals, but I still hope someone will answer :)
