The F8 diagnostic does not detect an error. Accordingly, the computer cannot be turned on. The file system is presumably corrupted. What to do ?

Boot from a boot disk / flash drive and try to treat the file system using chkdsk at least. And if the safety of data on the disk is very important, then in fact it is better to give it to specialists, and for the future, learn how to create and restore backups, incl. OS.

With such wording of a question - only to give to the expert. Of course, I can write 100500 options, what could be and what to do in this case. But it will take me several hours that no one will pay me. And looking at the fact that a person cannot even carry out primary diagnostics and cannot google (and there are millions of pages on such issues of material), I don’t feel like doing anything at all. When they call me with such questions, I say "bring it, I'll take a look." For it will be several times faster for me to do it myself than to explain to someone and wait until they do it, then wait until they correct their mistakes, then again answer another hundred questions ...
