How long can an ISP's DPI store information about packets?

I'm wondering how long DPI can store information about the time of sending and receiving packets, size, content, etc.

PPRF 538:
"12. The telecom operator is obliged to timely update the information contained in the databases about the subscribers of the telecom operator and the communication services provided to them (hereinafter referred to as the databases).
The specified information must be stored by the telecom operator for 3 years and provided to the federal security service authorities, and in the case specified in paragraph 3 of these Rules, to the internal affairs bodies by providing round-the-clock remote access to databases.
The limitation period is 3 years.
