How labor-intensive is the course from Yandex on the quoter?

Attention, this question is addressed only to those who took this course! The question consists of several parts: 1. How big is the load per week objectively (3-5 hours on the site, but in fact?)? In this regard, can I safely combine this course with my studies at the university? (Maybe some of you have already done this?) 2. How critical is not knowing python for this course?

I am now going through (though on Stepik) the 3rd part.
It takes me 5 hours a week (I don't study, I work in IT - but in the database area).
The first part was completed in 2.5 weeks (it was easy), the second - in a month.
Initial knowledge of python is needed, it is possible on the same steppe, etc. run a python course in 2-3 weeks, for example https://stepik.org/course/512/syllabus .
