How is Zabbix with pgsql better than with mysql in Docker? The Zabbix site has two container options. And why is there no container with TimescaleDB on the site, if time series databases in general are more suitable for monitoring systems.

Nothing better if you are going to shove the database into the docker. In general, the universal rule applies here - what you understand better, then put it. If nothing - put the option in which there are fewer opportunities to mess up.
