How to download the latest versions of Zabbix components?

Can you please tell me how to download the latest Zabbix components on Debian?
Using the command

sudo apt install zabbix-agent zabbix-proxy-sqlite3

version 4.0.4 of the components is installed (see the screenshot below with an example by proxy), and not 5.2.4, as when installing through the docker repository.

Obviously, use the zabbix repository , not the debian one.
