Is it possible to get not just one parameter, but all at once?

Hello!
Let's say I want to track the number of PHP errors.
Now I have 4 items

php.error[Fatal error]
php.error[Notice]
php.error[Parse error]
php.error[Warning]

Each item respectively returns the number of errors.
Is it possible to create 1 item like php.errors which would receive data in the format

Fatal error 2
Notice 100

Warning 20
Notice 100

And I would aggregate this data as needed.
