When you look at its HTML, you can't find anything but the input range, even the design is not clear where it comes from.

What kind of shitty browser are you using? I input[type="range"]have a shadow root in which there are still a bunch of elements, styles are written for them. For example, the Chrome inspector knows how to show them.
