How is the work with data with mandatory delimitation (record down) arranged?

with mandatory demarcation, writing down is prohibited (writing is allowed only when the object and subject labels are equal, or the object label is greater, but it will decrease during recording),
i.e. a user with an access level > an object's privacy level cannot change this object

, so how is the work with data if a subject with a higher access level needs to change an object with a lower privacy level?
do they ask other users, with the right level, to change the data?

Well, yes - ask others, or if the model allows, then an employee can be given several mandates of different levels.
Perhaps when choosing a model, you need to choose another one in which it is possible if you really need it, then something else will become impossible.
