How is the person responsible for the first incoming call received when using the Zadarma application assigned?

This is my situation:
Bitrix24, cloud, Simple CRM, free tariff, Telephony Zadarma application (PBX without voice menu).

It should be like this: The
call is routed to the person in charge when the person in charge has already been assigned to the CPM. For the first time in Bitrix24, the person who received the call is assigned as the responsible person by default. The sequence of distribution of calls to employees is determined in the Zadarma application.

Now there is this:
There are three employees with numbers in the Zadarma PBX 100, 102, 103
The sequence in the Zadarma application is as follows: call 103 for the first, 102 for the second. Number 100 is not included in the queue at all.

I'm calling.
There is an incoming number 100! Responsible in the CRM is assigned to an employee with the number 100.

Tech support for free says that the direction to the responsible one works: "Bez_imeni is the name of the lead or contact, this name was returned to us by Bitrix, i.e. the number is in CRM"

In favor of this version: The bug appears only when the Zadarma application is set to "Direction of calls to the responsible". In case of a call from an unknown number, for some reason the responsible user is set to 100 (this is the portal administrator).

Before test calls I searched for an external number in the CPM database: there are no deals, no leads, no contacts, no records of conversations. I tried calls from a bunch of my friends, who are definitely not in the CPM.

How can this be?

The solution is found, independently)))
The algorithm is as follows:
Remove the Zadarma application from the CRM.
Add another CPM user. Do not assign an internal number to a user - this is important.
Make him an administrator.
Log in to CPM as a new user.
Install the Zadarma app in CRM.
In the Zadarma PBX, we set the desired order of dialing. When incoming from an unknown number, Zadarma makes a request to Bitrix to verify the person in charge. Bitrix forms the LEAD and appoints our new virtual employee without a number as the responsible one. The PBX directs the call to the person in charge, and since he does not have an internal number, then to the next in line, that is, according to the order of priority established in the PBX. As soon as one of the living employees picks up the phone, he becomes responsible.

That's how it works for me. If anyone does the same, please post.

@Zadarma_Ru

At the moment, the administrator who installed the integration is responsible by default for missed calls and therefore receives such notifications. It is planned to refine the integration, where it will be possible to choose the default responsible person on your own.
