How is the payment on Upwork?

In general, I can not find where there is about payment. Suppose I responded to the task, the customer chose me, I completed the task. What's next? The money will go to some internal upwork wallet for me, where can I transfer it to a pioneer card or what?

The money will go to the internal account. I don't know about pioneer, I had a PayPal account linked. The money will be in pending mode for 6 days, i.e. they seem to be there, but you can't seem to do anything with them :-) During this period, the client has the opportunity to dispute the payment. If the work is at a fixed price, then the client transfers the amount to you with pens. If the hourly rate - the money from the client's account can be withdrawn automatically, once a week.
Here, and then from the internal account you can withdraw it to the outside, for example, to PayPal. But it also takes some time, I don’t remember exactly how long. 5 days, right? In short, it can take about two weeks from the moment the client pays you money to receiving it on the card.

This is described in great detail in the upwork help, up to the payment schedule in the form of pictures.
