How is the default GUI?

Debian

Installed debian 7, installed xfce.
When booting debian the bare command line. With the startx command, a graph appears. shell, but on reboot again the console line.
Can you please tell me where you can configure to boot xfce for all users?

Deliver display manager.
Something like
sudo apt install lightdm
or
sudo apt-get install lightdm
I don't remember what version of apt is in Debian 7, so I'm not sure if there is an apt command or if I should use apt-get.
