How is the database connected in JIRA 3.13?

Hello. Can't find dbconfig.xml for JIRA 3.13. Where is he lying around, can anyone remember/know? Or where are the database settings stored?

Well, I have it in /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/dbconfig.xml
