Need to protect 2-5th level domains how to do it?

Good afternoon,
I have 2-5 level domains, you need to protect them with ssl.
Wildcard only works at level 3.
Tell me how would you solve this problem?

Lets encrypt, how else. Just release for each domain and that's it.
wildcard does not necessarily work third, it can be released both on *.abc.domain.com and *.cba.abc.domain.com and thus close these cases. But most likely you don't have many domains there and the best solution would be LetsEncrypt to issue a certificate for each specific domain.
