SDR is like a radio connection, and telecommunications are electromagnetic waves, is this the only difference? Then what would be better to use, for example, a walkie-talkie, or a TV, what signal is next, telecommunications or radio?

Sdr does everything by itself. Due to this, expensive electronics and hellish power consumption.
