From this, nothing happens to the document, only in the details it is added that it was transferred to the archive at that time and in what case. The document also lies where it was in the folder and it is also possible to carry out manipulations with it such as editing, sending, etc. Why these features? Or how do you use them?

When I bought the KORP Document Management, there was a bunch of electronic documentation (I gave it to the businessmen to study). You probably also have for DGU. And it says exactly what is meant by transfer to the archive (maybe it's just setting the status and fixing the storage location).
