How is FullHD on 2k/4k monitors?

I thought to myself to take some good monitor 24-27 inches for work (coding) + movies online.
If there are no problems with work, and 2k / 4k will be a big plus, then with online movies (FullHD) + maybe some simple games under FullHD are in doubt.
I think there are people here who have 2k / 4k monitors, how do they behave in FullHD mode? very soapy everything?

I understand that you can select films for 2k / 4k, but you need to select it, you need to download it. Out of the box online now the format is fullhd.
Under the game (a separate hospital) is also fullhd. The PC is weak and there are no plans to upgrade the entire PC because of the monitor yet)

i.e. on the scales now take a fullhd monitor and not know the problems for all tasks or get confused and take 2k / 4k

I have 2K. In my opinion, the best option, much better than 4K - not everything is so small, especially since you have 24-27 inches.
I did not notice a strong drop in performance in games, there is, of course, but not critical.
Video content in FHD from Youtube is not soapy, quite watchable.
Games running in FHD, of course, look soapy and too large.
If anything - upscaling from FHD to 2K / 4K - this is marketing bullshit.

I have 4K 27 "with 200% scaling.
I tried 2K 27" - I did not like it: 100% too small, 125-175% - soapy, 200% - too large.
There are no problems with movies and games.

You won't notice anything. I had 1080 then 4k and then rolled back to 2k. (all were 32)
