There are two points on nic.ru:
.RU domain registration - 600 rubles/year
Renewal - 450 rubles/year
Do you have to pay only once for registration? Or every year? Renew every year, right?

Domains are renewed every year, or you can register a domain for several years and then you do not need to renew for these years. But, in the .ru domain zone only annually.
