Does it matter where to buy a domain for a future site?
I want to order a site, but have not yet decided on the contractor.
There is a sale on Netfox right now, for a hundred you can grab a RU domain.
Are there any risks with further work if you take the domain before creating the site and determining with the order executor?
UPD.:
On cctld.ru, the Netfox website is listed among accredited registrars.
I read that there shouldn't be any problems with them.
2domains is not accredited, it seems.

When to take a domain is completely irrelevant. Well, except that if you do not hurry, they can take it. But about "where" is the right question. Some unscrupulous registrars may register a domain name in their own name, and in the future there may be problems with renewing or transferring the domain to another registrar.
Read registrar reviews, as well as documentation on domain transfer methods from specific registrars.
If more than 1 person works on the site, then it is better to come up with a name and domain and buy it in advance. In this case, there is only one risk - the domain can stand idle for at least a year until the site is done.
I recommend taking it at https://www.regdomains.ru/ - good prices. Transfer from nic.ru. Payment for WM and POISON without commissions.
almost everyone who does not get without shares does not have them, they sell them for 100
rubles
You can take it from any accredited registrar. NIC.RU is the leader.
In general, the domain has such a parameter as age, and the older the domain, the better.
And what is written in the developer console at startup? Most likely, it swears at exceeding the size of the callstack, i.e. the maximum number of recursive calls has been exceeded. And besides, you also call the function in setTimeout until the end of the call ...
Rewrite the function so that it displays a counter from the current date (calculation directly in the function) and call it in setTimeout.
