How is a UX/UI designer trained in Netology?
Now I work as a UI / UX designer, half a year of experience, with a year of training. I would like to complete courses on UX/UI design, fill in the gaps, learn new work techniques, and become more professional. Interested in more "complex" theory than for beginners. Who took courses from Netology, how are they generally for people with experience? Or what are some good UX/UI courses with advanced theory?

"Courses not for beginners" - it does not happen. Not in the sense that the courses never give complex material, but in the sense of the target audience. Courses - for those who are mistaken and think that it's like at school: I sat through a lesson, went through a topic, did my homework, got an A and a certificate.
Buy books, read, understand.
There are a huge number of articles and books on the Internet on absolutely all topics.
And you also have a brain to think of a lot of things yourself along with experience.
If you think that there are some magical courses where ready-made Jony Quinces come from, you are mistaken. Read everything you see, experiment in projects, discuss your own and other people's work, share ideas, look at others, ask for advice.
Do something already, but do not choose the next courses for yourself.
If you want knowledge, get it. After all, there is a sea of \u200b\u200beverything, books, articles are useful. I respect the guys from netology, but I doubt that they will make a big pro straight out of a person. Big pros become when they dig a lot themselves, look for and read. Waiting for you to go to courses and everything you need will be put into your head by mistake.
