Given: Independent software contractor, NOT a US citizen and living outside the US.

What is the easiest way to hire his company from the USA?

As I understand it, forms 1099 and w2 do not apply to it.
Will it be enough to draw up a simple contract for the performance of work, followed by the filing of Form W-8BEN on his part, or are there any other nuances?
