How hard is it to get into a 3A studio as a programmer (gameplay, core or others) and what is needed for this (knowledge, etc.)?

How difficult it is to get into large studios, let's be realistic since I live in Russia, let's start with Russians there, after all, there is also a large development, including on the console (gaijin, wargaming, mail ru), what knowledge and experience is needed for this, is it possible try to go there right away or before that work in some studios with games for mobile phones on unity? this is the first and second even if you get a job in the above studios (gaijin, wargaming, mail ru) will this be a sufficient application for major western studios? from you I'm waiting for an opinion on this matter, and if so, then at least some rough advice on where and how to move, I expect answers only from people from these studios, tobish from a major development

Look at the vacancies of certain organizations. In large holdings, it is not uncommon to find an internship for food and subsequent employment as a junior

Learn C ++, algorithms and data structures, PC architecture, game development itself (create at least one of your own projects), mathematics (linear algebra at least), don’t be stupid at an interview and it’s your job, large studios usually have vacancies for beginners.
