How good is node.js for computer vision tasks?

You need to count the products on the conveyor.

How good are the Node.js libraries for this.
Or is it better to look towards python and low-level programming languages?
The hardware for starting something like a webcam and raspberry (actually, the hardware is not important, the main thing is that Node.js gets up normally with all the harness).
Or is it nonsense and is it better to look for a ready-made industrial solution?

I didn’t write it myself, but the backend for my client solves a similar problem ... node is not suitable, computer vision is really long
for you something low-level and as fast as possible
