How free hosting is suitable for light asp. net applications?

There is a small application on ASP .NET MVC, all it does is receives a request (json) via the REST API, produces a medium-weight mat. calculations and sends json - responses to subscribers.
The peculiarity is that the number of such requests is extremely small (maximum a couple per day, per month - up to 20-30 maximum), the number of subscribers is also small - 15-25. Right now I'm considering somee.com for hosting - how suitable would it be for such an application? There is also Azure Mobile Services, which also has a free plan. How suitable is it for such a task? Thanks for the replies.

On somee.com, the application worked normally for about a year, but on a free one, they don’t stand on ceremony with users, so don’t forget to make backups.
