How fast is v8js in PHP?

Who has worked with v8js in PHP: will there be any noticeable difference in response speed between simple html tags in PHP and using v8js + pug (or any other templating engine)? It's about a simple business card site with a few pages. What problems might arise?

Using any module, of course, slows things down a bit in theory. In this case, this is within the measurement error, you won’t notice the difference on the business card website.
If "speed at any cost", then PHP is not needed for a business card site at all. Serve static html/js/css with nginx. And PHP is only for sending feedback emails.
