How fast does Adwords moderate an ad/website?

Hello. I know that the site is being shut down and then correspondence begins, bureaucracy - if it’s not. For some reason, the site was not available during the Adwords rotation and site moderation.
In general, I added an ad, then I found an error on my side, fixed it in about 30 minutes.
Now I think that the ad moderator got on a non-working version of the site or not?
