I’ve been doing web development for 3 months, during this time I learned how to make up websites well, not without jambs, of course, in my free time I make up layouts for speed and “correctness”, that is, without banal mistakes, tell me, how else to improve my skill?

1. Go to real practice (search for orders and start doing your project);
2. Study someone else's quality code;
3. Start learning popular APIs;
4. Move towards PL (php, ruby, python...), which will give you self-sufficiency in the implementation of many tasks.
