I opened "Computer" -> "Network" and saw the correct model of my router in the "Network infrastructure" category.

Once upon a time they punched on special. MAC services, but it showed only the vendor without a model, most likely Windows receives the router model using a special protocol, most likely SNMP, but maybe someone will say more precisely and for sure.
