Webcam Logitech C525 in Windows 8?

Can anyone come across?
The Logitech C525 webcam does not work in Windows 8. More precisely, it works, but its microphone does not work. Moreover, the same camera on the seven works perfectly. I tried it in different ways, and I changed and reinstalled the ports, the latest firewood and software were downloaded from the manufacturer's website, specifically for the eight. There is only one result - instead of the sound from the microphone, a barely audible noise is recorded, a buzzing to the beat of the spoken words. And then, you can barely hear him, if you don’t yell into the microphone at all. As I understand it, the camera is working, the ports are also, judging by the seven, it's either in the firewood or in the eight. What to do? Who faced? How did they decide? Thank you for your help!

I also have a Logitech C525. And I installed Windows 8 the other day. I'll come home, try it and unsubscribe or there is such a problem, then it will already be clear whether it's just your problem or is it a common one.

And I had another problem. The camera was connected via the USB port of the monitor, and everything was fine in Windows 7, and after switching to Windows 8, Skype stopped seeing it every time I called the interlocutor, I had to pull out the USB cable every time and reconnect it. But after connecting the camera directly to the computer, everything worked fine.
