Can't reinstall Ubuntu on Windows 7?
Hello. Until this moment, there was Ubuntu 14.04. I decided to reinstall the system on Windows 7. But I can't just boot from the disk during the reboot to reinstall the system. The computer only loads disks with Ubuntu. I thought it was in 14.04, but after reinstalling on 12.04 the problem remained. I can't even install Debian. Although all disks are read and opened in the system. Boot priorities are set correctly in the BIOS. Although I noticed that these priorities often fly off, I think because of the troubles with the processor, because. when you turn on the computer after a long period of inactivity, a window appears during boot with the information "New CPU insstalled ... Press F1 ... Press F2 to load default configuration". What does it mean? How to solve all this? Didn't find anything on Google.

Does it load on other computers? If not, then the flash drive was badly written down (through dd it works for sure)
The fact that the battery is dead is a fact, replace it!
Try when you turn it on to call the Motherboard menu or Boot menu .
How to do it:
The motherboard menu is called up by pressing Esc when the computer is turned on BEFORE the device test
Boot menu - F2, F8, F9, F12, Esc (depends on the BIOS) when turned on AFTER the device test
In the menu that appears, select the disk or flash drive with the system further understandable. ..
If you want to install Windows from a flash drive, I advise the program WinSetupFromUSB
