How does this django snippet work?

there is an excellent snippet for django https://github.com/rbtsolis/django-vscode

but the author did not write how to work with it. Does anyone know which button to press after entering the snippet code? Or maybe you know other similar snippets where you know which button to press?

tab I press, in html as a tab, none of the snippets work
