Problem with auto-update in open server?

I am using open server to work with php. Is there an option to auto-refresh the page? If yes, how to enable it? If not, what are the alternatives? Unfortunately, there is little information on this topic on the Internet.

The server is irrelevant. If you want your page to be automatically updated, then write in it
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="15">

VS Code has a livereload or something like that.
You can use BrowserSync with proxy if your site is in php.
