How does the VK player work?

If you look at the HTML code of the page in the audio recordings page, you can see, or rather, you CANNOT see the audio tag. Moreover, there are no video, object, source and param tags. Nothing that could give a link to an audio file.
Question: where does the music come from, if neither an HTML5 tool nor a Flash object?
