How does the owner of the Upwork agency pay from the technical (legal?) side?
If you work for yourself as a freelancer, there are quite a few options and they are already well described everywhere: from Payoneer to withdrawal to your bank account in the Russian Federation.
How does the agency pay?
The Upwork website says that all payment for work through an agency goes to the account of this agency, and payment for the work of all team members is made outside of Upwork.
Share your experience of what happens next - "outside of Upwork".
For example, I (I am in the Russian Federation) will create an agency, hire some friend from abroad. How then to pay him purely technically?
If you withdraw to your account and then transfer it somewhere abroad, will there be any problems with the legal registration of all these transfers? What other options are there?
Thank you!

well, since it’s convenient for you,
just a salary
, just payment under an agreement between lawyers,
just payment under a contract agreement,
payment under an agreement with an individual entrepreneur,
black cash.
you can try to conclude an agency agreement with your performers, find a deal for $ 1000, pay upwork from it, for example, $ 100 commission (you write in the contract with the contractor that he compensates for the costs), for example, $ 500 for the contractor, in total you have $ 400 left, for example, if you SP on usn6% in the declaration write an income of $ 400, 6% from $ 400 = $ 24 tax,
