Hello!
I wanted to work "in white" and register an IP. I am engaged in the promotion of sites, online advertising and the provision of related services. Please tell me, is there any option for providing services to legal entities (and individuals) without concluding contracts, issuing acts and other papers, so that documents are not sent by paper mail to the other end of the country? Electronic document management is not an option - far from all legal entities (and even more so for "physicists") now have an EDS.
Ideally, I issued an electronic invoice, sent it to the client by e-mail, he paid, I provided the service. All. No act, no contract, nothing. Or, for example, I make several buttons on my website with the cost of my typical services in the spirit of "Website promotion / optimization, 1 month, costs so much, Order", and on the button some Offer with a checkmark and then payment through some Yandex.Checkout/Robokassu/Another payment aggregator. And also no paperwork.

Actually, the problem is not great:
01. Make (order) a public offer agreement and make 1 sheet of paper for it. The sheet will indicate the details and basic conditions + the fact that the counterparty joins the offer agreement, which is published at ( http://....). Everything. According to Art. 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation: "A contract in writing can be concluded by drawing up one document signed by the parties, as well as by exchanging letters, telegrams, telexes, telefaxes and other documents, including electronic documentstransmitted through communication channels, which make it possible to reliably establish that the document comes from the party under the contract. "I repeat: yes, the Federal Tax Service loves the" paper form ", although in court they lose miserably on this issue for a long time, but still, without tempting fate - send a copy by fax (you can even use online services), and then, say, once a quarter, send letters to counterparties, and they send their copy to you.
02. If you connect the aggregator (I like Z-Payment - but this is purely a matter of taste and interest), then, of course, it will send acts to you. But contractors don't. There are outsourcing companies, yes. But it's for money. As well as an accountant, a lawyer and any other specialist. And no more money. But you can, in general, once order an analysis according to your type of activity (for example, a contract for the provision of services for a fee or, say, what is further from you, an agency contract) and prepare the necessary documents according to the form. Online services have already been named, there are not a lot of them, but they are also enough. It’s bad at all without reporting documents: it’s not convenient before the tax office, and later, too, when you need to balance the debit with the credit - in many LLCs, accountants are still too meticulous, because. meticulous inspectors of the Federal Tax Service. However, I just do not like representatives of this species, maybe that's the problem.
03. But most importantly, you need to understand that there are documents, a cat. are mandatory for the tax, but there are those that play a role in the internal turnover between legal entities. persons and individual entrepreneurs (or individual entrepreneurs). An EDS for the first type is needed only from a certified service with all the consequences, but for the second group, it has long been possible to organize a purely electronic document flow (or with minimal paperwork - reconciliations if desired). It's just that our entrepreneurs are very intimidated and for them the concept of "an analogue of the actual manual signature" (the same email) or an unqualified signature is like thunder. But in fact, everything is described in the specified Federal Law and the Civil Code.
In particular: "the use in transactions of facsimile reproduction of a signature by means of mechanical or other copying, electronic signature or otheran analogue of a handwritten signature is allowed in cases and in the manner prescribed by the "law", other legal acts or agreement of the parties . "

You can always sign the contract by mail, exchange scans in order to start working, and then in the background - send the paper back and forth by regular mail.
For individual entrepreneurs on the simplified tax system6%, the tax office does not ask for waste paper to be provided. You can keep only the scans for yourself if the paper is very annoying.
Accounting can be done online quite conveniently in the MoeDelo online service I use , everything suits me. There are similar ones.
In terms of internal hostility to paperwork and other things like that - if you want to legally spin on your own, and not go to work, it’s better to immediately get used to the idea that in addition to your favorite activity, you will have to do everything else, including - completely uninteresting. You will have to figure out the necessary areas related to individual business.
Educational program for IP - I advise the site ipipip.ru . It looks outdated, but the information is up to date. It helped me a lot to get my bearings.

You along the way have not yet been imbued with the fact that the contract and the act are very few papers .
make an offer, who forbids, for gray payments. But legal entities need a contract.

If you want to work in the white and pay taxes, but your clients do not need documents and bank transfers (which is strange), then make a web service where the client will pay for services online, and you will receive money by account. Connect something like Robokassa.
I made a service where clients paid for the service online and received an audit of their site, which was compiled manually. I received money through Robokassa on the account of IP.
If you do not live in a small town, then you can send and receive documents without leaving your home, using the services of courier services that will deliver documents in 1-2 days. If that's the problem.

I don't really understand what the problem is. If you have a couple of dozen customers, there is no problem sending closing acts once a month.
If there are more customers, there is a reason to hire an accountant for 5-10t.r who will do all this.
The option with a payment system has the right to life, but it is obviously not convenient for customers, because a legal entity will not pay through a payment system.

Let's consider the simplest version of IP on the USN-6 taxation system without employees:
1. Mandatory documents for the execution of the contract (offer):
1.1. The contract (offer), accepted, for example, by the fact of payment.
1.2. Account (receipt, payment request).
1.3. Certificate of completion.
2. Reporting:
2.1. Declaration of the USN (paper or EDI) - in the Federal Tax Service;
2.2. The book of income / expenses - in the Federal Tax Service upon request or during verification.
3. Taxes:
3.1. PFR (different every year). If you pay quarterly without delay, you can reduce the STS tax (3.2) payable for the entire amount (so far).
3.2. Simplified - 6% of the amount of recorded receipts (and in the case of white accounting, even webmoney must be taken into account), reduced by the amount of contributions paid to the FIU.
I myself am an individual entrepreneur, I conduct accounting and submit reports in Elba .

When I opened the IP, I used a fairly detailed instruction and the Elba service from SKB-Kontur . It doesn’t cost much money, but it removes all the “smuts” with documents, bookkeeping, opening / closing an account :)

nothing will work without documents. and as for the electronic form, the matter is clear - you issue an invoice, the client pays. You won't have to worry too much. But sometimes documents are still required. For example, an act of completed work.
